WALMART SHOPPER REVEALS HOW HE USES FOLGER'S COFFEE TO TACKLE HEADACHE

A TikTok user, who's a Walmart shopper, shared a cure to keep mosquitos about 15 feet from any house using Folgers coffee.

Ceith Griffith (@ceithgriffith) posted a TikTok video on April 10 of him showing how everyone can get rid of the pests with coffee and a lighter.

Although he used Folgers, Griffith revealed that any coffee brand will do the trick.

He showed off the handy trick in his video by placing one tablespoon of ground coffee beans on concrete, lighting it and telling TikTokers to just 'let it burn.'

The video has received more than 7.5 million views and more than 2,000 TikTok users have commented on the video.

Griffith reposted the coffee secret in another TikTok video on April 12, which currently has more than 67,000 views. 

Griffith is a social media superstar who has posted hundreds of videos on his TikTok and Instagram accounts.

Most of his videos involve tricks or remedies on how to get rid of pests that may cause a nuisance.

One of his other videos that he posted on March 21 shows includes a separate tip of how to get rid of mosquitos, fleas, ticks and gnats.

Using a bottle of hydrogen peroxide, which costs $1.97, he sprayed it on the designated area.

'This is going to keep them from reproducing, keep them out of your home, keep them off your pets, and keep them out of those areas you don't want them at,' he said in his video.

'It won't hurt the grass, and it's also safe around your pets or animals.'

Griffith did not receive any negative comments on his March 21 video, and according to Mosquito Joe, hydrogen peroxide can help keep mosquitoes away and kill any eggs that the pests have laid.

His quick and viral mosquito-killing tip with coffee also included another useful lesson on getting rid of gnats, flies and wasps.

According to Griffith, all one needs to get rid of those annoying critters is hot honey and baking soda, which can be purchased at Walmart or on Amazon.

The TikToker put one ounce of honey and a teaspoon of baking soda into a small bowl set on a wooden surface.

He mixed the two ingredients together and put the bowl in another area outside. 'I guarantee you it will get rid of any flies,' Griffith stated.

Several TikTokers have commented on the coffee trick, and one person wrote that it 'smells awesome' during campouts.

Other commenters have asked questions about the hot honey and baking soda trick, asking questions about the hot honey ingredient, but one user wrote that it is 'way too expensive to use it for that purpose.'

Griffith, who hardly ever responds to comments, replied to one that was written by a TikToker on April 10.

'The hot honey catch bees too? Because I don't want to mess with the bees, but there are way too many wasps around,' the commenter asked.

Griffith wrote that the ingredient does not kill bees and that he purposely uses hot honey so that the insects will not be harmed.
